Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID, or other PAGCOR-approved government-issued identification. jilf may also request proof of address and source of funds documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilf account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

All activity that occurs on your jilf account while you are logged in — or as a result of your failure to log out — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on jilf are denominated and processed in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). jilf does not process transactions in foreign currencies and applies no foreign exchange conversion fees.

jilf accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. jilf reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods and transaction limits with reasonable notice to players.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) to four (4) hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Funds credited to your account as part of a promotional bonus, welcome offer, or free credit may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.

• Registering while under 21 years of age or allowing an underage individual to use your account.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of any jilf software or game.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that places a disproportionate technical load on jilf's servers or infrastructure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content without the prior written consent of jilf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilf's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your jilf account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jilf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilf does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, and acts of government or regulatory authority.

jilf reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Direction from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
• Voluntary account closure request by the account holder.

Upon termination, any verified account balance will be returned to the Player via the primary withdrawal method on file, less any amounts owed to jilf for outstanding bonuses or verified fraudulent transactions. Balances associated with accounts suspended for breach of these Terms may be withheld pending investigation and regulatory notification.

You may close your jilf account at any time by contacting jilf support via live chat or email. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

jilf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of jilf.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jilf support to attempt resolution of any dispute through jilf's internal complaints procedure. Where a dispute relates to a PAGCOR regulatory matter, Players may also submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint resolution process.
